Remember No Gun Ri.

I hope Iraqi prepare environment which International Community can cooperate with Iraqi in the Iraq war.
It is because; the Iraq war is not only problem of
Iraqi but also problem of whole International Community too.

In Iraq, abductions of foreigner by armed group hav
e often happened. Is there any merit in it for Iraqi?

Some abducted foreigner entered Iraq taking risks f
or Iraqi. They are a third person of war, and in addition to
that, they are allies of Iraqi. It means to involve third person of war involve the
Iraq war. How much merit is there to involve third person of
war in war? It does not acts as merit for Iraqi, does it?

To begin with, it is tragedy that the people except
for the person concerned of war is involved war.
It spreads war damage and increases war victim.
It must be prevented.

I present an instance of tragedy which the third pe
rson of war was involved war. It is resident slaughter incident in the Korean War
. Following incident most famous case of resident sla
ughter "No Gun Ri incident".
(Notice: in this statement
"The person concerned of war" means "The person who
take part in war". And "The third person of war" means "The person who don
't take part in war". These are generally divided as serviceman and civil
ian. But in the Iraq war, the United States mobilize civ
ilian as mercenary etc. So, this division is unsuitable for the real state
of affairs of the Iraq war. Then, I used this expression)

No Gun Ri incident

1950/7/26 in Korea, U.S. Army took over about 500 r
esidents who lives in Im Gae Ri and Joo Gok Ri in Yeongdong-gun to a bridge at No Gun Ri.
There, P51 Mustang came flying and strafed the peop
le on the bridge at No Gun Ri. The people sought sanctuary in tunnel for waterway
under the bridge, to ward off strafing by P51 Mustang.
But, U.S. Army sat up machine-gun on both exit of t
his tunnel. Then, U.S. Army rakes the people with machine-gun f
ire. U.S. Army had machine-gunned the people for three d
ays intermittently. As a result, preponderance of women, children and o
ld person was killed at there. It is said that, in this incident the number of kil
led set limit to whose name is confirmed is 121.

It is said that the Republic of Korea Prime Minster
Kim Jong-pil answered a question at a national assembly like this.
- Number of resident slaughter was done by U.S. For
ces in the Korean War reaches is 14. Most of them broke out since July to August in 1950
, and in surrounding Nakdong River which was the final defense line of U.S. Forces. -

On the other hand, according to non-governmental in
vestigation resident slaughter is inferred as follow.
The number of place where resident slaughter has do
ne: from 70 to 100 points The number of victim: from thousands to ten thousan
d of people.
It is said that there was systematic participation
of U.S. Forces in this resident slaughter incident.

Mr. Sang-Hun Choe, Mr. Charles J. Hanley, Ms. Marth
a Mendoza and Mr. Randy Herschaft talk about then situation in "The Bridge at No Gun Ri" as follow.

'In the neighboring 25th Infantry Division, the com
mander, Maj. Gen. William B. Kean, told his troops that since South Koreans were to have been evacua
ted from the battle zone, "all civilians seen in this area are to be considered as enemy and action
taken accordingly." His staff relayed this as "considered as unfriendly and shot."'

What armed group has done, and
What the United States has done in the Iraq war and
in the Korean War are same, in the point to involve "the third person of war" in war,
though scale is different, doesn't it?

Then, International Community hesitates over which
to back up.
It is opposite, isn't it?
What should to do is to draw International opinion
to Iraqi side, and to win International Community over to Iraqi's side, shouldn't it?

Now, what Iraqi needs is ally.
To increase allies of Iraqi all over the world cont
ribute to, making the position of Iraqi stronger, and making the innovation by the United States to
Iraq fail, and victory of Iraqi in the Iraq war, doesn't it?

The Iraq war is not only problem of Iraqi but also
problem of whole International Community too.

Concessions business using war and terrorism, which
the United States has done, is threat to the world.
The United States must to be defeated in the Iraq w
ar for the world peace. Both Iraqi and International Community have common
interest against the threat of the United States.
Defeat of Iraqi in the Iraq war is the defeat of In
ternational Community too.

I hope Iraqi who fight against the United States in
the Iraq war get ready to accept cooperation from International Community.
And, I hope Iraqi prepare environment which International Community can cooperate with Iraqi in the Iraq war.
